I had a fantastic year renting from Mozart Management. My roomate and I were law students and needed a quiet place to live. Thsi was certainly it. Maintenence was superb (almost to the point of being TOO superb- they were ALWAYS in the building working on something!). The people at the office were friendly on the phone over 90% of the time. No bug problems. All appliances worked wondefully. Electricity was paid for by Mozart and we were simply billed for it quarterly - very convenient. The complex was extremely well landscaped and it was very quiet. I felt very safe there.

Please, however, make sure you read your lease THOROUGHLY before you sign. It's a monster of a lease and its easy to read over some important things. For example, you have to move out THE DAY BEFORE THE LAST DAY OF YOUR LEASE. So, if you rent on August 1st, you have to move out on July 30 of the next year. They will not budge on this.

In addition, the phone wiring is old and screwy, so make sure you test your call box to see if if works immidiately. Mozart has no interest in helping you with this, so I hope for your sake that everything works fine.

Besides these few issues, it was a great year. I give my full reccommendation.
