honestly i like westpinte but at the same time i cannot wait until my lease is up in august......good luck trying to get things fixed in yuor apartment you have to ask about 50 times.

I TOO AGREE THE RESIDENCY HERE IS PRETTY FABULOUS! I LOVE LIVING AMONG ETHNIC MIXES OF PEOPLE. BUT WHAT PISSES ME OFF IS THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM MANAGEMENT DISPLAYS AND MAINTENANCE HAS NO CLUE WHAT TO REPAIR CORRECTLY.

I agree maintenance is very slow and incompetent....what about the office manager? whoa! the complex has a great mix of nationalities which is a plus, since i find those are the best neighborhoods to reside. The upkeep is fair could be much better and especially the parking area. good luck moving out in august!
