This is a horrible apartment complex. The security is horrible, vandalism is horrible, and the other residents are disrespectful towards everyone else. This isn't a low income housing complex but it should be, everyone else looks like they don't work and are living off of welfare checks. The washers and dryers don't work, there isn't an exercise facility (and if you walk around the complex you get harrassed by the other residents)

AWWWWWWW! gIVE IT A BREAK YOU CAN'T DETERMINE WHAT SOMEONE INCOME LEVEL IS BASED ON APPAREL...GEESH! IF YOU CANNOT DEAL WITH MIXED NEIGHBORHOODS THEN YOU NEED TO MUCH MOVE ON. THE DIFFERENT ETHNIC GROUPS HERE IS THE BEST PART OVERALL...NOW WE CAN TALK MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE AND BE HERE ALL DAY!

You are wayyyyy too critical most persons are very employed there and welfare clients cannot afford such high rents...i believe you went to far out to left field. Now the complex needs a weight room, better swim area and tennis courts...the new staff is well we will skip the analysis there. parking area very poor needs potholes repairs and they units are fairly ok...the cigarette smoking in the hallways are way too out of control. the rent is way to expensive for what you are getting. the mailroom is dirty all the time.had no problem with the tenants everyone basically stays to themselves.
