Honestly, the apartments aren't that bad but they aren't the best either. Yes, you do have the occaisional bug or two, maintenance is slow on repairs, security isn't the best (I've seen residents let anyone in whether they live here or not), the hallways smell from the trash chutes, the parking lots don't have adequate lighting at all (kind of scary at night walking in), 98% of the resident population doesn't speak English and it's sometimes noisey.

Rent is a little high for what you get but otherwise, it's ok for a first apartment.

rent is wayyyyyyyy to high for the bull you have to deal with...unprofessional new management team, poor maintenance, noise and speeding drivers who reside at the complex. what about the chemicals the crew uses to clean the halls,elevators,mailroom it is soooo strong it will take your breath away!
