I was living here for seriously 2 days. They had a rape case here, and they also have a big bug problem. The people that run the place, don't seem the care about it at all. It's very un-safe and I felt horrible walking around at night. If you are on a tight tight tight budget then, please go ahead... but you will not be happy at all. You don't even get the feeling of being safe in this place. People smoke in the hall ways, they are extremely rude, and the key's don't even work in building 1. If you wan't to feel un-safe... then by all means... rent it...

YES I HEARD ABOUT THE RAPE CASE...WELL MANAGEMENT EVIDENTLY DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB WITH THE SCREENING. YOU PRETTY MUCH WILL EXPERIENCE A FORM OF SOME CRIMINAL ACTIVITY IN ANY NEIGHBORHOODS,RICH,MIDDLE CLASS AND LOW INCOME. NO PLACE IS SAFE HERE IN THE U.S. I THINK THE PARKING LOT NEEDS MORE LIGHTING DURING EVENING HOURS AND SPEED SIGNS POSTED 10MPH THROUGHOUT THE ENTRY AND PARKING AREAS.

I agree the smoking is the pits,what about the new management? are they a crew or what? clueless,rude and bossy...the pool is nasty and so are the tennis courts for all the money we pay whats up with that? the tenants with vehicles speed like the parking area is a race track course and nothing is mentioned about it by management until of course someone is seriously hurt.
