I've lived here for 2 years and seen this place go downhill ever since the new crew came in. First off, the amount of illegal -------- is awful. The men yell and whistle at you while you walk down the hall or to your car. I bought a tazer and mace because I don't feel safe anymore. The carpets are dirty and the noise is crazy. A while ago you barely heard any of your neighbors. Now, it's crazy. That vile women in the rental office is a piece of work. You have to call her 20 times before she puts down her cigarette to do anything. I think my biggest complaint is the obvious illegal -------- stinking up the place. They leave their garbage out in the halls, listen to their music loudly, hang out in the parking lot at all hours of the night and don't control their kids. I seen a women dump what looked like piss and poop over her balcony into the yard below. This is my last month here. I've already called INS about the possible illegals and I hope they do a raid.

In your response to illegals. This property is a melting pot for all people. There are people from all over the world living here. This is a very diverse community. Don't judge people by their skin color. The INS has done enough damage in Pittsburgh. One raid is too much. People have a right to live anywhere. People from other countries come to America to make a living. Would you let your family starve to death?? I don't think so. On rating this property I give it an A . The staff is very professional. The service provided by maintenance is far superior to most complexes.

the people arenot the issue its management and the horrible property upkeep....never recommend this place to anyone!
