NOISE NOISE NOISE!!

The best features of this place are the free heat, location, and giant closets. But it's not worth it if you can't get any sleep at night because of your noisy neighbors! I've lived in many apartment complexes and have never experienced noise the way I have since moving to White Oaks. I've complained to my neighbors, and I've complained to management and nothing has been done. They really need to put a better noise policy in affect to protect their tennants well being. I can hear every conversation, argument, and bodily function of the people upstairs. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless they enjoy hearing ALL of their neighbors business. I don't even know if I can survive the length of my lease here. I feel like a prisoner in my own home. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
