Now, this is a nice community. It needs some updates, and repairs, but the location is fine. The real concern is the manager and his wife and family. Talk about unprofessional! This place is run by white trash. It's beginning to look like a dump. Buildings dirty, staff being abused by Bob, obnoxious behavior....it goes on and on. He talks to you like you are nothing, his teeth are horrible, his haircuts he gets look like... any how, you don't want to rent here, unless you are one of his relatives. Heck, even his relatives are mistreated by him. I hear his yelling all the time. He could be at one end of the community, and you can hear his big mouth complaining about this, or talking crap about so and so. His poor workers, have to put up with so much, I am surprised this guy is still alive, without someone going postal on him. HE IS NOT SAFE TO BE AROUND! It's a shame, I tell you.

I agree RUN as fast as you can!! I don't know what Bob has over Prudential that he still has a job there. He is jsut crazy!! I don't trust him having a key to my place at all. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can get out.

Whoever posted the last two comments, i completely agree Bob is a mean old man and miserable..i cant wait to my lease is up also, in fact as of late there are alot of empty apartments!

I 1000% agree with these comments about this stupid, rude and not well educated white trash. He is the worst person I've ever met since I was born. He would complain you about the problems you have in your apt but actually it should be you who complain about. If you don't like noise, don't bother even think about this apartment. I regret right away when I moved in and met with him regarding noise neibour made. Any way, I don't even want to see the ------- once any more. Mike is very nice and I wish he was the manager. Absolutely "000000000" recommendation I would give only because of this trash as a manager here.
