The purpose of this letter is to bring awareness to concerns regarding Bob, manager of the White Oaks Apartments in an anonymous manner. A managerial position at ANY apartment complex requires the person fulfilling the position to possess a certain amount of social skills and display an amiable and cooperative manner with the tenants. Although, this is certainly NOT the case with Bob. He lacks apparent social and people skills and his demeanor and disposition comes across to tenants as being miserable, discourteous, sneaky, and shady. In addition, he acts as though it is a nuisance to help tenants and do anything that requires actual work and seemingly attempts to quickly place blame on others and do the least amount of work possible. Due to Bob's perceived persona tenants are hesitant to call upon him for any type of assistance. In terms of cleanliness, it should be noted that the buildings are cleaned one time per week on Thursdays for approximately 2 hours ONLY. It does not appear that the hallways are adequately vaccuumed nor are the laundry rooms adequately cleaned. The writer's wonder if a cleaning solution simply has not been sprayed in the air to disquise their piss poor cleaning efforts, as dead bugs and debris gather around the steps and hallways even on days when the proposed cleaning has occurred. It should also be brought to one's attention that it appears that Bob is attempting the apartment complex into a family run business, with a "so-called" job for each member of the his family. This would not be an issue IF the family were unabrasive and non-intrusive, and if tenants felt that the family was capable of being trusted. On muliple occassions tenants have been in the presence of the manager's family and it has appeared that the family members are eavesdropping on tenants conversations as to attain information about the times when the tenants would be going and coming to the apartment complex. This raises the question of theft which tenants have begun to suspect and hear about in conversation with other tenants. Recent events have lead to discussion with Authority Personnel in the community in which tenants have been made aware of theft and the sneakiness of the manager and his family. These concerns have been observed and experienced first hand by tenants.

I would'nt put it past them to steal from the tenants. The whole scene there is bad. From his big mouth, to the way he treats people, it is bad!
