THIS PLACE SUCKS! BOB IS HTE MOST MISERABLE PERSON YOU COULD EVER WANT TO MEET! THE PLACE IS DIRTY BECAUSE HIS WIFE NEVER CLEANS LIKE SHE IS SUPPOSED TO! THERE IS SOMEONE ACROSS THE STREET IN ANOTHER BLDG THAT HAS A PIANO AND PLAYS VERY EARLY ON TEH WEEKENDS! I FEEL BAD FOR ANYONE WHO LIVES IN THAT BLDG! THE AC ONLY COOLS DOWN THE LIVIVNG ROOM THE BEDROOMS AREA SWEAT BOX IN THE SUMMER!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!! THE RENT GOES UP EVERY YEAR!!!!!! THERE HAVE BEEN A FEW CARS BROKEN INTO BUT HTE SECURITY CAMERAS DID NOT WORK!!!!

I agree 100 percent! I cannot understand how this man is still employed there. He is the total opposite of what a nice community like this needs to run professionally. Him and his 'wife' and family are nothing but trash. He is constantly mistreating his employees, and I can hear his biiiiig mouth all over. God forbid some repairs are needed, because you know dang well, he will yell and blame you for breaking it, when the stupid thing either was'nt fixed right, or is old. If anyone wants to rent there, I suggest they call Prudential, and ask if this man is still there. If he is, tell them they will not rent, until they get a new manager.
