I have lived at White Oaks Apartments since 2005. I fortunately have not had very many maintenance issues so I have not had the experience of being blamed for problems. The location is a big plus for this complex. But the reason that I am moving out when my lease is up this year is the NOISE! When my new upstairs neighbors moved in a year ago it began. I can hear every single step they take. If you are going to move here make sure you live on the top floor! The floors are paper thin so you hear every move.
Parking is also an issue, as the parking in the bottom half of the complex can be hard to get in and out of.

Parking is awful in the winter months!!! Bob is the most miserable person on the earth!! His family is WHITE TRASH. The nosie is awful with a paino somewhere in the complex and annoying children riding skateboards in the lot.
