THESE APARTMENTS ARE ABSOLUTELY GROSS. HAVEN'T BEEN UPDATED SINCE CARTER WAS IN OFFICE I'M GUESSING.

I get sick here. Probably because of all the DIFFERENT STRAINS OF MOLD in the heating ducts(I've uploaded picture). Nothing is updated, and everything is moldy. They even put up cardboard over mold in the hallway closet. I seriously pray that my family doesn't develop some sort of long-term illness from residing here.

Everything is rigged up. Only 1 burner works on the stove, and it's a small one. The windows are so poor that when THE WIND BLOWS, SO DO OUR CURTAINS, EVEN WHEN THE WINDOWS ARE SHUT TIGHT. IN THE WINTER WE HAD TO DOUBLE SEAL ALL OF OUR WINDOWS, PUT THE HEAT ON 90, AND BUY 2 SPACE HEATERS TO KEEP OUR 2YR OLD FROM FREEZING TO DEATH!!!

The walls have new cracks everytime the wind kicks up, and you can hear pieces of the roof flying off.

The walls crumble, dare you try to hang anything on them.

You can hear the neighbors clearly, but what's worse is the way the apartments are set up(on an angle), the neighbors have a clear view into your living room, and you can see right into their bedroom!!! If I'm on my balcony(deathwish), I can pretty much reach into my neighbors bedroom, or enjoy any programming she has on her tv.

Laundry= $1.50 wash $1.25 to dry, and expect to run the dryer twice to get your clothes dry.

Assumed no pets were allowed, but once I looked out my peephole and saw a prostitute eating fried chicken with a unleashed pitbull in the hallway... :(

As for safety, Someone busted out the front security doors with a brick...I hear gunshots almost everynight or ghetto street brawls. Not safe.

The lady at the front desk, is so evil and hateful that I seriously have nightmares about her! When I put the rent in the slot, I run so she can't catch me! Just call and see for yourself. She seems as though she was just released from prison!

Parking is a complete nightmare!

The list goes on, and on. Not one positive thing about this junkhole. They raise the rent consistently but have clearly not updated since the 70s.

Excuse me don't think this is William Penn Heights Apt. they don't have heating ducts like that so stop lying.
