No BroadBand OR CABEL

In this apt. no broadand internet option is available (neither cabel nore DSL).

Also management has some agreement with a mom-and-pop cable provider so you can not order At&T (Comcast) service (you missout out on those great deals).

LACK OF BROADBAND is my biggest problem.

Since this e-mail was written, cable service and broadband has changed. Verizon provides DSL and the cable company has expanded and they are going to be changing to Comcast before the winter.
