Generally the apartment complex itself isn't that bad. The new management Deaktor Developement nickel and dime everything though. The maintenance Staff are ok. The Complex is let down by its poor office staff, and the inability to enforce pet rules. That means not to be surprised if you see quite a bit of dog piles (to say it politely) all over the property, however you can (supposably!) make some cash if you spot someone not picking up after their dog. (Where is the camera')
Be very carefull when you move in that you write down EXACTLY everything that is not in order with the apartment and note how clean it is, that means every single stain or rough spot should be written down. This is no exxageration. They will definately charge you for any imperfection when you move out.
Also watch out for being stuck with a high rent when your lease is up for renewal. I found if I was a new renter I could have had my apartment for a hundred dollars less.
I haven't had any problems regarding mold, but I must say the apartment was constantly full of dust......Allergics watch out!

once again, you trash the complex because there are lazy people who cant pick up after their dogs. Would you pick up after your dog if it was in your own yard?? New renters get specials when they move in and so did you. I know when i renewed, my rent did not increase! I also know that anything i wrote on the move in sheet i was not charged for. I lived in Florida before and every community i lived in had this checklist so you wouldn't get screwed by the complex. Maybe you weren't smart enough to write down what was wrong, or maybe you actually did damage yourself!
