1) Heating bill averages $200/- per month and the indoor temperature does not rise beyond 50 deg F!!
2) Management solution - nothing can be done as the sliding doors allow cold air to leak past the sealing and
the glass doors do not have the right thermal rating for the cold temperatures
3) Parking lots - taken by visitors and the paying tenants have to park a distance from the apartment
4) Walking paths to the buildings are not cleaned of snow
Management solution - keep a shovel in the complex and a notice to tenants to clean when they see fit
5) Carpets - poor in quality
6) Rental amount - $900/- for apartments that suck!!!
7) It is warmer and more pleasant to be in the car than stay within the aparment
8) Washer cannot accomodate a normal wash load; several uses are needed to complete a normal load; electrical bill averages $100/- a month
9) Cable is proprietary and can be subscribed from the Complex; rates are over $50/- a month!!
One cannot subscribe from Comcast or any other cable company
TV reception is poor is one does not take cable from the Complex
10) And I work all day and come to the apartment only in the evenings; utilities bills are very high

Have the guts to use your own e-mail and not the e-mail address of the company you are talking about! How dumb are you anyway!
