In response to this letter, Sandy we tried to do everything possible to accomodate you. We built a ramp that was the same height as the other tenant who had been in a wheelchair before. Also, you never got to see the inside of the apartment due to the fact that it was not ready as of yet. What you claim to have smelled in the hall entry into the building was from a former tenant that had moved out of that building. Our hallways are cleaned every week and we do not have a mold issue in the apartment. If you would have given us a chance to rectify the situation instead of writing that letter and also this one, maybe you would have been happy. I'm sorry we couldn't accomodate you, but you didn't give us a chance.

In response, we did not build another ramp for the other tenant down to the building like we did for you. They had a ramp just like the one that was built for access to the parking lot. Secondly, the odor was coming from the resident apartment above and that issues was rectified. Just like yours would have been if we would have been given the opportunity. We are very sorry that you feel this way, but we did want to help you.
