I agree with the past reviews in general, but wait till you read this one. Tyson was attacked one night by Tiger. I mean Tyson - my bulldog. As I walked over to the clubhouse to lodge a complaint, I felt something gooey under my feet. Cat poo!!! Dog poo I could understand. The other morning I went over to drop my mail in the mailbox, and I could not as the Jaguar was parked there, which was blocking the mailbox. I observed that the lady who owns the car, drives in from McKnight, parks it every morning there and then takes the bus into the city. That is one reason why parking is not available for residents as Carol and Michelle have sold off the spots. I was fined the other day by Debtor the owner as I had left the garbage outside the door to the dump. I could not help it as the machine was broken down. I even tried to turn the machine by hand but to no avail. I did not realise that the rent was high about 1150$ for a one BR/one bath apartment. They sucked me dry and high

iN RESPONSE TO THIS, THERE ARE NO SPOTS FOR SALE. ALL RESIDENTS HAVE EQUAL SHARES OF THE PARKING AREAS. EMPLOYEES HAVE TO PARK ABOVE THE WOODHAWK RESIDENT PARKING SIGNS TO MAKE ROOM FOR RESIDENTS. SECONDLY , IF EVERYONE IN THE PROPERTY KEPT CONTROL OF THEIR DOGS AND ON LEASHES, THIS WOULD NOT HAV HAPPENED. dOG OWNERS ARE SUPPOSED TO PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS, AND HOW DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DOG AND CAT POO? ARE YOU AN EXPERT? THIRDLY, IF YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT THE RENT FOR A ONE BEDROOM IS, 790 TO 855 PER MONTH. OBVIOUSLY THERE IS A REASON YOU ARE PAYING MORE. mAYBE YOU ARE ON A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE. 4TH, THE TRASH COMPACTOR DOES NOT WORK BY HAND, AND IT CAN NOT BE CRANKED. SEEMS TO ME YOU HAVE NO IDEA EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

The average 1 br apt rent there is in fact over 900 per month. They have rent specials that bring it in under $800 most of the time, for the first year only. However, the larger 1 brs and the ones with special features can average over $1000 per month without the specials. Also, their roofs have blown off twice since they built the buildings. Both times, the buildings were occupied and this affected more than half the buildings. My understanding is they rebuilt them the same way both times they repaired them, so hold onto your hats if you live there now. The next big wind could bring a big surprise. And as for the parking situation, there are 1 and 1/2 space per unit, but most units there have two cars and some of the bigger apartments have roomies or others with them, thus 3 cars per unit. So get used to the no available parking problem. It's only going to get worse.
