I lived at the WHC from March 03-04. My apartment flooded multiple times from poor drainage. The complex did replace the carpet in the affected room once and the padding two more times after additional flooding. Each time we were forced to move all of the rooms belonging out of the room for aprx 5 days while a large fan dryed the rug making the apartment smell like..well really bad.

Then on move out we were told the rug was replaced due to cat stains.... I guess the maitance people ripping out part of the wall and replacing it due to dryrot from water damage wasn't evidence enough'''
