Management claimed it would be fixed at beginning of summer. Still waiting..... (user photo) More exposed wires... Right next to tennis court where kids play. office and grounds staff nice - repairs done fast

Can hear every move neighbor makes - (everything) - parking is tough - esp in evenings and on weekends - need to maintain records on all payments made - office doesn't have good record keeping of transactions - cable poor - no high speed internet connect

After specials - rent is too too high and offer low incentives for renewal
