Woodhawk Club Apartments
< | >
My husband and I were considering living at Woodhawk. We called to see about viewing one of the two bedroom apartments because we liked the look of the floorplan from the information. We were told that we did not need an appointment and to just stop by sometime. However, when we stopped in, the ladies (if you can call them that) that were in the office were completely rude and not at all helpful. It was as if we were a total burden walking in there. AND, the office looked dark and dirty. We were asked if we had an appointment, and when we said no, the lady because rude and said "oh, well I have a 1 o'clock appointment and that takes priority over walk-ins" very snotty-like. Now, mind you, it was TWENTY AFTER TWELVE! We had just come from another apartment community where we got a ton of information and saw 3 apartments all within half an hour or less. She "helpfully" told us we could make an appointment for that afternoon, but after the way they spoke to us we decided that we would NEVER go back there. So, a word to the wise, if you do want to go look at these apartments, don't listen to what they say about not needing an appointment - make one anyways if you're determined. And good luck! You'll need it to deal with these rude people.

I visited the apartment during the week, and like you I felt as though I was a nuisance to the rental staff. I one hundred percent agree with you. The fact that there is a response which appears to be from someone working for the Woodhawk club is quite disturbing to me. I know I will not lease there.

My daughter and I visited four properties last Saturday. We were treated very graciously at three of them. However our brief visit to the Wood Hawk Club ended when the office staff member rudely told us she did not have time to show us an apartment. The appointment scenario again. We left in a big hurry anxious to get out of there.

yes they are all very rude especially the two of them------------------- people that live there actually know how unfriendly and rude they are you would think by this time they may get some type of life or even better yet a new job that they are good at!
