This has been one of the worst experiences of my life! I did not listen to the other reviews on this apartment complex, but this place is horrible. The apartments are small and overpriced. They look very clean when you move in, but you will soon realize that everything is "rigged" to look nice and once you are there you realize the appliances are outdated and do not work no matter how many times you call for them to fix them, the cuberts stink like mildew (no matter how many times you try to clean them), the carpet is cheap and tears very easily (I live by myself and don't have many vistors and the carpet is all torn), the closet doors fall off track all the time, the deck is too little to entertain on.
No matter where you walk around the grounds their is animal fecies everywhere.
I was fined $50 for leaving my shoes in the hall when it was snowing outside
and another $125 for leaving the hot tub cover off even though another person came in after me to use the hot tub.
They were also on the point of harassment with the multiple letters of throwing my mail on the floor (I never threw it on the floor that I was aware of) and leaving my garbage on the deck (which I was on the third floor and never left it more than a day)
Think you can work out or go tanning' THINK AGAIN!
The gym is always occupied and there isn't a lot of equipment to chose from and no matter if you sign up to go tanning or not, the tanning bed is always in use. It doesn't matter if you sign up to use it or not!

This resident was warned numerous times about leaving things in the hallways, which it states in the resident directory and which they signed, that things are not to be left in the hallways. Therefor since they were sent letters before hand and they disregarded these, they were fined for this. Also, they were fined for leaving the jacuzzi area littered with wine bottle, corks, ashes from cigarettes, etc., not for leaving the cover off. You need both sides of the story to get the correct version and we do have cameras that caught this person littering the area. Apartments are clean when you move in but depending on how this person lives depends on the wear and tear on their apartment. If junk mail is left in the hallways, residents do get letters to please throw it away in their garbage cans and not on the floors.

Actually this posting above is only partially correct, the apartments are only clean when you move in IF the person who lived there before you cleaned it.

My apartment was not cleaned prior to move in - there was urine and garbage everywhere.
