I would not reccommend that anyone waste their time at this place. I currently still live here and have for multiple years. If I could take back renewing my lease, I would. It takes maintenance many failed attempts to try to fix anything. Most of the appliances in each unit are barely functioning upon move-in. The hot water uses a riduculous system that uses your hot water to heat the house, so in the winter, you either get hot water OR a heated apartment, but NEVER both. The noise between floors is crazy. You know where the tenants above you are at any time in the day, because the floors are so thin. I already can't wait to move out of here. I am unsure as to why we ever renewed our lease. The management has no regard to any complaints that are made and never follows up with you to see if anything has been donr properly. Also, ----- and -------- flat out lie to you when you ask about the cable situation. The situation is that only half of the apartments are able to subscribe to get a satellite dish, because the rest are facing the wrong direction and can't get service. So, the unlucky half who are facing the wrong direction have to subscribe to their crappy STTS cable service, which is overpriced and is not even available in HD. We have been told for the past year that Comcast was going to be coming in - and everytime we ask they tell us it will be another couple of months. We know the Comcast man who is in charge of the Ross Township area and he has told us numerous times that he has never heard a peep about the Woodhawk Club trying to get Comcast in at all. So everything they say is a flat-out lie. They lie to you fromt he time you first walk through the leasing doors - DO NOT BOTHER EVEN LOOKING AT THIS PLACE!!! You will be sorry! I know I am. I have wasted a ton on money to live in sub-par conditions.

I completely agree with you. When I lived at the Woodhawk Club I repeatedly received notices that I was not paying my rent completely. Well of course I wasn't, I signed a 13 month lease that locked me into a discounted rent for the duration of the lease. They have HORRIBLE book keeping skills. It took at least 6 months before they caught on and realized that I was right. At one point, they requested that I bring them a copy of my signed lease. Also, if they would stop read and responding to these posts, they might be able to run the complex more efficiently.

Agreed - they cash rent checks and then claim to never have received them. They didn't even give me a signed copy of my lease.
