Woodhawk Club Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Deaktor Development's apartments are nice to look at, but they are poorly constructed and things break easily. Furthermore, while the people at the leasing office are generally polite, maintenance requests are rarely fulfilled. Any request I had took between 3 weeks or a month and repeated phone calls before anyone would stop by to address the situation. This includes when my heat wasn't working in the wintertime. Granite countertops are not worth the aggrevation of repeating calls and being ignored in your maintenance requests, and certainly not worth going without heat in the middle of winter. From my experience, the management is not interested in doing what is fair or being reasonable. This was very disappointing for me, because I never before rented from a company/landlord who hasn't treated me fairly. For the amount of money Deaktor charges in rent, they certain do not deliver a good experience.
