We lived here for 2 years. Each month we would pay our rent (early, by the way) and then receive an invoice for $110.00. When we call the office, they say we never payed for cable or internet service the month before. One problem with that theory: the cable and internet service is provided through the apartment management company and is included in the amount that you write them for rent each month. My girlfriend is a CPA and we made an appointment to finally meet with them face to face to find out why we were billed this same amount every month.

They could never produce a single document that showed any short payments or missed payments, but simply replied that "Our accounting department says you owe $110.00 so you have to pay". We refused and after we moved out they kept a portion of our security deposit. Care to guess what the amount was' You guessed it....$110.00!!!

The actual apartment was really nice except that they mix pet-friendly apartments in the same building as people who don't have pets, so you get the pleasure of having your neighbor's flesh eating Pit Bull jumping on you as you try to get to your apartment through the hallways.

One other thing: the girls in the office are extremely rude if you go to pick up a package. I actually heard the girl make fun of another tenant's last name when they showed up to pick something up. Very unprofessional.

I dont understand people. Read reviews, meet some tenants, call around for reference checks before moving to this ----ed up place. I had lived at those apartments for almost 2 years - 7 years ago. What they charge for these paper apartments and how they try to present themselves is like day & night. An attorney who recently joined a firm and has to be at work at 7.00 every day was kept up with this working women who had wild orgies every night, called cops, called management, went upstairs to talk to her but no one cared. As long as rent is paid rest they will tell you call the cops. I finally moved out. There are 2 women in the front. One needs to shave her moustache and the other one that looks like a mate between a pitbull and a chiuhaha needs a leesh or at least get laid because the way they are acting it shows they needs a good ----..g up there asses.
