Nice place - Long Review - I was a tenant in another apartment complex in the area of Kennilworth and decided to check it out. If, I could do it over again I would have never moved into Preferred Properties across the street and moved into Kennilworth. The maintenance people were always friendly to me even though I hadn't thought about living there. So, I finally acquired about the place after talking to a ...Full review of Kennilworth Apartments

Great apartment for a somewhat higher price - This review is for the morrowfield apartments, not apartments unlimited. I stayed here for 1.5 years. I have had a lot of interaction with the staff here, and other people who have stayed here, so I have a pretty decent overview of the whole place. When I first looked at it I felt the apartments were priced a little too high, however I think it was worth it. It's a great place ...Full review of Apartment Unlimited

Nice place to live - I moved into this building in August of 2007. I wanted this building because it was conveniently located across the street from the University of Pittsburgh's School of Information Science building where I would be attending. I must admit that I love my apartment. The management and maintenence staff are amazing. However, I wish that I had been told that Carnegie Mellon rents out a ...Full review of Webster Hall

Huge outdoor parking lots (free); many bus stations near the apartment; walking distance to shopping center (West View Plaza). It is only 10-15 minutes driving to UPMC in the morning. Major renovations needed. Bathroom and kitchens outdated. Units need updated. Poor water pressure and luke warm hot water in showers. Lobbies need redecorated. You can hear neighbors flushing toliets and taking showers as there is very little insulation between floors and ceilings.
