Greedy landlord - This apartment makes money even you moved out, charged renter hundreds for any reasons like carpet issue...
Unsafe area - my GPS in car got stolen twice. Homeless slept in GYM during in cold winter days.

Major renovations needed. Bathroom and kitchens outdated. Units need updated. Poor water pressure and luke warm hot water in showers. Lobbies need redecorated. You can hear neighbors flushing toliets and taking showers as there is very little insulation between floors and ceilings.
