Pricey but well maintained - I have now lived in these Apartments for over 6 months. The downsides are that the neighbors are sometimes easily heard talking (or arguing!) through the walls, and music is even worse. We live in Oaks Town Homes. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are cooperative and friendly. I was living in Taylor Ridge before coming to this apts.
These staff's service is 100 times better.

First, it is not safe.
Second, there is not enough parking space.
Third, Maintenance people & Staff are rude and not helpful.

Good points (Bad ones) : - has indoor garage (but it has water dripping on the car causing damage to the paint).
