I lived here from about 1992-1997 when it was owned by a former Philadelphia Flyer. He was a very nice man, but had fallen into arrears, and GE Capital was taking over.

This place has a great location and nicely laid out apartments. I loved my huge sliding glass doors and large windows. It was quiet and the construction was decent.

The only maintanence issues I had was the leaking of an upstairs resident's hot water heater into my place, and my heater had pilot problems. The basement area for laundry and storage flooded from time to time in heavy rains and french drains were installed, I don't recall if it helped the problem. All I can tell you is if you use the storage, use skids.

The area is pretty and convenient. The people at the time were very nice... not well to do but decent and thoughtful and not loud. I hope it's still the same.

I fed birds there and was delighted with the variety. I even got a hummingbird over labor Day weekend :-)

If I needed an apt in PM now I would go back and look here. A lot may have changed but I think the stuff that made life here good may be the same.
