Carriage Hill Apartments

Good Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I lived at Carriage Hill for two years. It is a quiet community and no one really bothers each other. The apartments I think are really only meant to last a year. I feel like as soon as year two hit of our lease everything started to fall apart. The paint began to crack, the carpet was coming up and things like that. The one thing that made me rent this apartment was the great natural sunlight that comes in through the large sliding windows onto the balcony. The problem is that they are so old that the screens don't really sit on a track anymore and there are such gaps between the screen door and glass that bugs come in and out as they please. That being said I really enjoyed my time living here and every place has their issues I was happy overall
