After a few years of living in Manayunk, My fiance and I were looking to move out to the suburbs for our first apartment together. We happened to come across Carriage Hill apartments and it was the best thing that could happen to us. Carriage Hill is in a great location with plenty of shopping around (everything you could imagine is minutes away), easy access to all major highways (turnpikes, 476, and 76), manayunk is 10 minutes away, 20-25 minutes from downtown Philly. But besides the location, Carriage Hill has many other things to offer. First, the affordability, the rent is much less than the other complexes around (But is still the nicest of all others in the area). Second, you get a decent size patio for relaxing and enjoying a nice day. The grounds are always well maintained and looking good. Third, the complex is quiet and in a great neighborhood with a lot of parking available. Most importantly, the staff is great! Sue Kaminsky has been the best property managers I have rented from without a doubt. All questions are answered in a timely manner and all maintanence requests are quickly taken care of. So if you are looking for a great place to live at a good price then look no further than Carriage Hill Apartments.
