I moved into Place One almost a year ago now. I love living here. I have never met a nicer people than the staff here. The office and maintenance is always pleasant and the doormen always remember everyone's names.
When the big snow storm hit, the maintenance staff did a terrific job getting the parking lot back in order. They shoveled out cars and constantly salted the sidewalks. This is the best snow removal that I have ever seen!
The apartments themselves are some of the biggest apartments that I have ever seen. Yes, they are on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. They have all the appliances that you need, tons of closet space, nice views and nice neighbors.
