I have been renting for years and this is by far the worst place I have EVER lived.
With the exception of Harry, the morning doorman, the doormen are rude, miserable and completely unhelpful. You can have your hands full of groceries and they will just sit there and watch you struggle to open the door. The apartments are old and dirty. The appliances, which we were told when we moved in were "new", are older than dirt and don't work properly. Doors don't fit right and don't close, mirrors are broken, cabinets don't slide properly, Garbage disposal doesn't work properly and these are only A FEW of the problems we have had. Furthermore, nothing ever gets fixed and if they do, they "break" again the next day. The rental office staff are rude and act like they are above you and don't want to be bothered. They don't return phone calls and don't care about any of the issues in the building. The parking stinks and the gym is too small, stuffy and the machines are constantly not working.
