Place One is the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are falling apart and it can take up to one month (and several calls) for maitenance to even come look at the problem(s). The office staff are rude, ignorant and unprofessional. The doorman are rude, lazy and unhelpful. You have a better chance of a resident opening the door for you when your hands are full than the doormen. they will just stand there and watch you struggle. The treadmill in the gym is always broken and the office doesn't care to have it fixed. Their response is that, treadmills break when people use them (even though it's a new one). The building van that takes residents to the grocery store and mall is constantly breaking as well and they are constantly canceling the trips. Overall I give this place a negative rating. The only plus about this place is the apartments are spacious and have a lot of closet space.

Unfortunately, I live here and can confirm every single thing this person says. Stay away.
