I have had problems since day one. The Property Manager is incompetent, lazy, rude and unethical. She also lies and you have to put everything in writing for your own protection. The office staff are rude too. I don't know if she trains them that way or she only hires rude people, but they are all miserable. All they care about is getting money out of people. They don't know the meaning of customer service. The building is falling apart, and although they finally re-did the halls, which were so bad they were slum-like, the garage is still decrepid and unsafe. The ceiling is always leaking and there has been moldy insulation hanging out for over 2 years from a previous leak. The garage elevator never works right. The garage door has been broken twice in 3 months and they cut off access at night so people have to stay home or park outside. They don't tell anyone anything. You have to find out by accident. There is no security and the doormen don't do anything. The only positives about Place One are the size of the apartments and the location.

I agree with every thing that is said by this person and actually I think the leasing office is very rude and racist it's a discrimination law suit waiting to happen...
