I've been living at Place One for the past 6 months, and it has been a wonderful experience. I'm moving out in May, and will be very sad to leave my many friends I've made here. The office staff are very helpful, and extremely pleasant. Anytime, I've needed something done, Maintenance has come right away, and all the guys are so sweet. The Doorman couldn't be any nicer, or any more helpful, and are true gentleman. Everyone has a different reality, and experience, but it seems some people are just unhappy people, in reading the previous comments.It also seems these unhappy people should focus more on being positive, then being obsessed with writing nasty comments. Don't let one ot two bad apples, ruin the bunch!! You'll love it here!!!
