We looked everywhere for apartments and this was by far the biggest we found for the money. Overall, we really like the apartment and plan on re-upping with them.
Even though my overall grade is good, as always, there are some thinks that are annoying like:
Thin and squeeky floors- We live on the second floor, so it's not much of a problem, but I wouldn't want to live on the first floor.
Closet Doors are horrible, constantly coming off the tracks.
Loud vents in the bathrooms- And they automatically come on when you turn the light on
Strange connections: The only space to plug in the cable in the living room is on the wall across the room from where 90% of the people probably want to have it. Another cable connection in the master bedroom, but none in the second bedroom which is annoying if you want it to be an office. The only phone line in the main area is in the kitchen.
Other residents- No problems with the other residents, but when we asked the office they said it was 75% young professional workers without children. I haven't seen one that fits that description yet.
