Pros:Nice Spacious apartments, w/air, ceiling fans, and dishwasher.
Cons:
The apartment we initially were promised was changed, and then we found ourselves down near minority row, basically having minorities on all sides and aboves us, i guess they like sticking us together to calm the rest of the tenants. Everything was fine for awhile afterward until they switched over from an electric to gas heat. Then they charged the residents with a seperate heating bill which equaled about $90 a month during the winter. The walls are really thin, all you here is the people walking above you and the people talking next door while in the bedroom. The closets creak like crazy. DON'T EVER GO INTO THE BASEMENT TO DO LAUNDRY!!!! I am a big fan of horror movies and even i was scared at times. You would think that a place that charges almost $800 a month would clean their freaking laundry facilities. It was cold, damp, spider webs all over the place. I wouldn't let my wife down there.
Staff was nice, but unconsiderate to some recent problems my family had, all they wanted was their money and that's all that mattered!!!! They are going up to $795 a month, so prepare to dig deeper.
