I've been living here for two years and would live here for longer had I not had plans to move for reasons unrelated to the apartment or the community. I've found that, while being quite spartan in its amenities, the complex covers the basics quite well. The community feels like it's seen better days: the kitchen and bathroom look like they were lifted straight from the 60's, while the remains of a swimming pool are still present between the two western buildings, with a grass patch taking its place and the water filter shed being used for storing groundskeeping equipment. The neighbours come in all shapes and sizes, ranging from young couples through small families with children to elderly persons who have been living at the same apartment for decades, and fortunately haven't been a source of concern during my time here. There are no storage facilities provided for use by the tenants, despite the basements being almost entirely empty. Maintenance will sometimes enter the apartments without prior notice if there is any upstanding work needing to be done, however you'd be hard-pressed to notice when they've done so. In all, there is little luxury to be seen around here, however it doesn't pretend to be what it isn't, and the price is consistent with that.
