Someone needs to buy this and fix it up

I don't live here but just looked at it in an apt. search, This place is in terrible shape. It could be nice.
From the road you don't notice. But it is rundown. Just paint would help. Which I don't understand as it is
prime location in Plymouth Township, Montgomery County. Somebody please help this place.
