Plymouthtowne Apartments

I've lived at Plymouth Towne Apartments for just under a year and I absolutely love it!
Both the apartment complex and the apartment itself are clean, modern and very well maintained. All of the apartments feature new-to-nearly-new appliances and modern, tiled bathrooms. I've hardly noticed any bugs -- maybe once a month, but nothing major. (Most were just a lone, lost black ant.) Most of all, I've felt very comfortable. Even if lying on the floor, I'm not worried at all about bugs or filth.
The price is reasonably cheaper than most other suburban Philadelphia apartment complexes, even though you're literally 5 to 10 minutes from all major highways, the Plymouth Meeting Mall, and many strip malls.
The immediate area features many new homes, townhouses, and churches, as well as a 7-Eleven and a small restaurant right up the street for quick food runs.
The apartments include water, basic/standard cable, and central A/C and heat. (My central air unit is a little noisy. But I'm the kind of person who doesn't mind background noise, so I've learned to tune it out. It's not really a major issue.)
Lastly, costs are kept low due to a lack of amenities. There is a small playground for children and many picnic tables on the nicely-kept green grass. However, there are no pools or fitness centers to spike the monthly rent.
If you're an executive looking for all of the premiere perks, I'd say to look elsewhere. But for everyone else looking for just a nice place to call home, I would HIGHLY recommend this complex.
In fact, when shopping around, one of the last things I noticed is the sign when you first drive into the complex. It reads, "Welcome Home!" Right then, I knew I had found the right place.
