Landlords are the ----- reincarnate.

They will start charging random fees or non-existent things. You know something is wrong when you sign the 20-page lease. It?ll give them the right to your first baby and force you into prostitution.

The lease gives them the right to enter apartments for random monthly Gestapo inspections and they do it to everybody.

You will be pressured to provide your car keys to management so they move your car for "safety reasons". They will then threaten tow your car is not good looking enough or dirty and is parked near the front of the complex where prospective tenants come in.

The sweet act is pored on and a nice model is shown to you but you get a dump with mold growing in the walls making you sick. The 800 sq. ft. sell is really only 600 sq. ft.

Cold drafts through the doors and windows.

Maintenance is no existent except for their "inspections". You wont go to sleep because you can hear all four neighbors.

Electricity runs an astounding $110 a month and the free cable is so free that you dont get reception.

New leases are required to be signed 3-4 months before the termination of the old one when it is impossible for you to know where you are going to live next.

I thought slumlord only existed in the movies until my nightmarish stay here. There even is a class action lawsuit against the complex.

That is good comedy. I won't be living there.
