This is my second apartment in the Plymouth Meeting area. I moved here to save some money to buy a house, with the cable included and low rent this was a good pick for me. I did sign a 12 month lease and the Manager in the office told me that if I bought a house I would have to pay something to get out of my lease. But I think that is normal for landlords.
I moved in to a nice clean apartment with new rugs and upgraded kitchen. It has been about 4 months now and I am happy here. the staff is nice and gets my mail when I go on vacation. Maintenance has only been in here once to install fire extinguishers.
