As far as the bad comments go... those were probably the trouble maker people that you couldn't stand to see in the laundry room or walking to the dumpster.

The inspections were helpful because I probably never would have checked the things that were checked and they were always announced. Never been pressured to hand over my car keys for "safety reasons".

Management was very nice and very understanding when it came to renewing my lease 3 months ahead. The apartment itself was terrific, anything that needed fixing was fixied within 24-48 hours of notification.

I would recommend this place to all my friends that are looking.
