A nice place, excellent management, maybe a little expensive

I have been living at Plymouth Towne since 2003. I have been very happy with the maintenance, I feel safe here, I like the space, and the location is fantastic!
Water and basic cable are included in your rent, so the only utility you pay is electric. For a single person such as myself that is not home very much, this works out very well. My costs for utilities has never been more than $131. Most importantly, the management has been TREMENDOUSLY kind and fair to me. I was recently laid off and knew I was going to have trouble paying my rent. As a result, they gave me a lease renewal extension so that I would not have to worry about finding a new place right away and when I asked to renew for just 5 months, not only did they grant me the lease term, them did not increase my rent payment which would normally be the case for such a short term.
My only wish is that the apartments would begin new renovation. I pay just under $1000 which I feel is high for an apartment that is not newly renovated and does not have a washer and dryer in unit. However, I am very comfortable with the square footage I have (about 850sq. ft.).
I have and will continue to recommend this property.
