The apartments are in good condition. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive and fix things promptly. A plus is the office is open on weekends. The trash can only be dumped in one dumpster. The biggest negative is the high rent. I pay $1335 a month for 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I have 2 cats that cost me an additional $70 per month giving a grand total of $1405 per month rent for 2004. My apartment is about 1050 sq. feet. The apartment has a washer and dryer but they are not full size. The apartment comes with a lot of extras like dishwasher, garbage disposal, micorwave, etc. The staff makes me pay the water bill which is unusual for apartments. I have to pay for all utilites. The local tax is 2% of salary whereas the tax is usually 1% for the rest of the county. The apartments have mediocre insulation adding to the heating and cooling bills. The apartments are one of the few in the county that allow dogs. My apartment is quiet. The security and fire safety are excellent.

Overall the apartments would be nice but they have to lower the rent.
