Great place -- Rent too high

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
It's simply a sweet place to live. If you can afford 1427 (PLUS WATER!'!'!) for a third floor 2 bed with a pet, do it.

I'd love to stay, but honestly, there are tons of things I'd rather do with the $500 EXTRA bucks I'm tossing on the place every month.
