The apartment layouts are spacious with up to date appliances, etc. They may be a little pricey, especially in this neighborhood. You get what you pay for, if you want to live in a nice place, you're going to pay more. The parking is a little unpredictable; reserved/assigned parking would be nice, but probably won't happen. They regularly ask the tenants to following some simple parking guidelines, but few ever do, at least in my area. The office staff is responsive and professional, I rarely have problems and when I do - they respond very quickly. The maintenance team is reliable and courteous; they go above any beyond when asked. I would definitely recommend Regatta.
