I moved in 2006 from out of state thinking the commute to Philly wouldn't be too bad. Well that was a lie by the staff. Anyway overall I haven't had any major issues. I have lived in two different buildings from 2006-2008, and 2008-2009. From 2006-2008 the main issues I had were the washer/dryer. I complained that it would take almost 3hrs to dry a simple load of clothes. The maintenance guy at the time some Serbian would always blame me. Anyway that was never resolved.

When we moved in 2008 into another building the carpet wasn't even cleaned and was disgusting. I had to complain to have them shampoo my whole apartment after I moved in.

There is only 1 dumpster in the complex. Also I am not sure if they built these apartments on a former dump or what but you can smell very bad sewage. It's very disgusting even with the windows closed you can smell it in your appartment. The parking is ok. Seems like there too many cars at times. Yeah if you have a dog you will love this place. They are very dog friendly. Too bad dogs crap all over the place which is annoying.

The current maintenance staff is great! They definitely go out of there way to help you out. One winter my heat went out and they came and brought us some heaters.

The walls do seems thin as I have noticed the utility bills go up.

They did an upgrade to the fitness center about two years go. It now has a few treadmills and exercise bikes. It also has free weights up to 50lbs and a Bowflex type machine.

Overall I would say this place is average. A little pricey for the location. Rent averages between 1100 . Don't leave the complex after dark. There is a ghetto 1 mile away in Norristown.
