After reading the previous review, I guess the experience depends on which building you live. The area is pretty quiet to me. The kids in the area all seem to get along fine and play at a low noise level. Friendly quiet neighbors. You can hear some noise from neighboring apartments. Such as a tv or footsteps if you're on the ground floor. Nice ladies in the leasing office. Maintenance responds pretty quickly to inquiries. And the complex is within 5-10 minutes to many shopping areas.
