I lived here with my parents for 15 years and now I have my own apartment which I've been in for almost a year. I know the maintenance men and the one woman in the office, Charlene. If something goes wrong, maintenance takes care of it... if its off hours and its an emergency.. they will stop by to check it out. These apartments are spacious and they allow you to have small dogs which is a plus. Yes there are kids but there are new rules now as to what they are/are not allowed to do, such as skateboarding in the parking lot (big no no). If you have a problem with any neighbors, feel free to speak with Charlene as she will help solve the problem. I don't know WHO is supposedly "unfriendly" in the staff. And with the hallways, you are sharing one whole building with 7 families other than yourself! I think the majority of any smell is other people cooking. It may not always smell great, but it doesn't leak into your apartment. And if you're lucky like me, you rarely go in the hallway because you have a gate that swings open on your porch. A man comes around to pick up trash off the ground... there is a nice pool.. playground for the kids. I don't see what the bad reviews are about. I think I know better than most people on here with the amount of time I've lived here... this is NOT a bad apartment and the fact that you only pay for electric and AC is REALLY good. If you want something better, expect to pay for it in the utilities/rent cost. I recommend moving here.

Are you serious? I am not Charlene and I highly doubt she would do that. My name is Kim. Well maybe it's because I've lived there for 17 years and I've known her since I was 5, but I like her.
