I lived in this complex for four years trust me when I say DON'T MOVE HERE!! The staff here is horrible- the office politics are insane. They maintenece guy JB is completely useless. I had to have my father come over and fix the severe plumming problem I endured for over a year. The toliet would overflow weekly for no reason at all. The water was brown in my shower and it took them 4 days to come see what the problem was. Charlene is a back-stabbing B***. She'll promise you something to your face, but will litteraly gossip to you to other residents! She did it to me on two occasions. There is another guy who works there Dominic whos adult child is a theif, the kid was arrested for stealing from a tenant and them complex didn't even make her move out. The odor in hall way can be offensive. They laundry facilities are decent although I often had to go to they laudromat b/c it was too crowded. The apartment itself is spacious, but you can tell the owner goes the cheapest way out. Nothing they use is quality. They will nickle and dime you to death when you move out, this has happened to two other residents that I know personally, and they certainly did it to me. I spoke to George the property manager about this, and he used an ethical stereotype, and refused to refund my money. Overall I paid over $40,000.00 in rent and would had gotten better service from Motel 6- they ONLY reason I stayed is so my daugter could complete her senior year, and we moved as soon as she graduated. There are several better choice in the area, I opted for Sherry Lake, and so far I'm very happy!

This is a slanderous remark!!! Regarding Domimic's daughter. The writer of this 'lie' is misinformed! Perhaps by the thief's father;at hand!!! that remark is extremly damaging/hurtful. You should be ashamed. identify yourself you piece of ----!

There is LOTS of GOSSIP going on at that complex-this is true. however You should get your facts straight and be careful calling someone a thief! It sounds like your down with the gossip too! I think he/she can use a good lawsuit right now.
