We lived in a one bedroom apt on the 2nd floor of D building. This is a very convenient area to live, mall is closeby, there is a Wawa convenience store and a doctors office right there. The apts are older, probably 1960's. Rent was reasonable with heat/hot water included. Nice floor plan, laundry in basement. Maintenance was fine. Nice area.

I have lived here for years and the rent has gone up every single year. The windows are old and nasty. In the spring and summer bugs get in and in the winter, you will have your heat turned all the way up and still be cold because the terrible draft that comes in. They have been telling tenants for years that they are going to replace the windows...still waiting. The parking here is a nightmare. During the day not bad, but at night and on the weekends, Good luck! The kitchen is very tiny and no counter space and also only one outlet. No dishwasher, washer and dryers in the apartments. There is a laundry room but the washers don't wash your clothes well and the dryers never dry your clothes in one shot. I reccommend doing your laundry somehere else. I would look at all the other apartment complexs that offer alot more...swimming pool, plenty of parking, parks, storage, ect.
